Additional Stand Requirements
Should you require electrical supply, lighting, furniture, marquees, carpet, shell scheme or flag poles, please do not hesitate to contact Sarah Whittaker-Smith on 01788 892041 or sarah.whittaker-smith@haymarket.com.  Alternatively, there will be an order form in the Exhibitor Manual.

Build Up and Breakdown
Details for the 2010 show will be available next year.

Exhibitor Manual
The Exhibitor Manual will be mailed at the end of March to all exhibitors booked into the event.

Exhibitor Parking 
There is limited parking in front of the Bio-Assay Building and EMB Building. If this is full you will be directed to park behind the conference centre.  You will not be permitted to keep your vehicle next to your stand.

Layout
We are currently allocating stand space and a stand number to each exhibitor.  We will forward a layout indicating your stand position with the Exhibitor Manual.

Tickets and Passes
Your allocation of passes will be mailed out 2 weeks prior to the show.  Please note that passes will not be mailed until your account is cleared of all payments and we have received your health & safety forms.
