Core launch new fruit puree technology at Fruit Focus 201823-Jul-2018
Core are launching a new range of equipment to help fruit farmers make the most of their fruit harvest. SRAML fruit puree equipment removes seeds and produces a high quality, consistently smooth fruit puree. Air bubbles are removed from the puree to reduce oxidation preserving the colour, taste and aroma. The purees have various applications including sauces, jams and compotes providing a great source of revenue for fruit growers. The equipment is available in a capacity range from 350kg to 35 tonnes of fruit per hour.
